Nice Bokeh.

The dandelion is nice and sharp, but the bokeh is distracting (too much definition in the grass blades). Also, the brown crap on the right is distracting.

I like the DOF. Would rather see a bit more contrast.

Very pretty! I like the detail of the pistil and stamens quite a bit. Very detailed.

I have been contemplating the new topic quite a bit. I am not 100% sure about my own interpretation of "ZEN", so I am learning a great deal about what others are seeing as "ZEN". One question I have and perhaps others who read this can comment on is.... would you think this same image would be more or less "ZEN" in each of the following scenerios:

1. What if the DOF were longer so the background was in focus as well?

2. What if the background were focused but the detail of that background were low (a very homogenous mix)?

Just curious about what others are feeling.

Too much intricate detail for a "zen" concept IMHO. The composition is on the right track, but the prominent brown object cut off by the right side of the frame throws it off. It would be much stringer if this was cropped out.

Whoops, I checned my actual rating for relevance to 3, but forgot to chenge it in my comment text. Sorry.
