Cool shot kind of, but it doesn't quite grab me in the sense of thinking: "Oh, wind!!"
Maybe a little longer exposure might have added to the visibility of the wind.

I think that this illustrates how hard it is to convey something that one can't see. One knows that there must be wind but the yacht appears to be static and thus diminishes the impact. A competent composition.
