I like the image quite a lot but I don't get quite as strong a feeling for the theme as I'd like.

I agree with all of you. I think I am going to get bashed on relevance. Still, the movement of the rag is my reason for posting this shot. It was, hee hee, breezy.

I like the quality of the moving water, and the way you've got the darker cloth against a light part of the river. Impact is a bit low to my eye, and there are some spots on the image - perhaps water droplets? - that while it may be intentional tends to distract a bit for me.
