Sort of cool

This in a new one to me, great shot!

Wow! This really made me stop, take a look and try to figure it out. At first glance, I presumed it was sailboarding on a lake or some such thing, but the traffic, the sign... all seemed incongruent. But then I thought back to an old memory... that of a sailboard on wheels! I presume that is what it is. Beautiful picture, vibrant and pleasant to view!

I like the image... love the idea. I wish I could see more of the sailors and cars without the guard rail and barriers.
