For me it lacks a focal point, and it ends up being the blown out cloud on the top right.

It doesn't scream wind to me....other than that I like the image very much.....wonderful cloud formation which I guess is formed by the wind. NIce work.

Hm, I find this image confusing. It might be a giant cloud? Or it could be smoke, if that's a chimney? And given the theme of wind, maybe that's smoke being blown by the wind?

I think it might actually be easier to tell what this is if you did a different conversion to black and white that left more detail (the top right is especially blown out). It would lose some drama, but the detail in the clouds / smoke might be really nice.

Potentially quite a powerful image but it doesn't appear that the smoke/clouds are connected with the chimney. The burnt corner top right lets it down.
