The wind is not obvious on this one. I like the water effect. It would have been nicer to be a bit more far from the subject.

while it's a beautiful image--I was really struck by the water pattern--not sure it screams "wind" to me.

I like over all ominous feel, oil like water and reflection in this one. It does feel a bit over processed and over sharpened to my eye though but that's just me. Good work.

Nice image. Relevance is subtle. Love the reflection and the colors!
