I like how you've captured the silky motion in the water. However, the image isn't that compelling, perhaps because the background is distracting me. I think it would be improved by cropping off the top of the image to a bit above the waterline, because, as I see it, the focus of the shot is the water flowing across that central rock and down into the pool in the foreground. Just an opinion :)

Great technique--love the camera low over the water and the detail in the falling water. Perhaps a bit shorter exposure would have held some detail in the water at the botom of the falls. This is a very minor point, but I think you could have framed a bit tighter at the top of the frame--say just above the rocks sticking out of the water.
