This is a great capture. I like your composition, the hues and tones of the image and the reflection in the water. All very warm.

I love the color, detail, and texture of the bird, particularly under the wing. The bit of reflection in the water is nice, too. I almost wish there was more of it visible. These birds are so graceful that the concept of "wild" doesn't really resonate very deeply with me, even though intellectually of course I know this is a wild creature. Possbily because egrets aren't uncommon where I live and therefore I don't see them as all that "wild" per se. Great dof.
