I am stumped as to the connection to "wild" here. Digging wildly perhaps? Using this giant backhoe to obliterate a wild place? I'd be curious to find out what the connection is.

The ground being worked on in messy and disorderly, but I don't perceive it as wild at all. Compositionally it is uninteresting.
