THIS is why everyone needs to tell their kids that they need to ASK before approaching a dog they don't already know....even if it is on a leash ;) I will be showing this to both my boys so they understand why I always tell them that.

This guy was at a dog festival and wasn't barking at anything in particular, I think he was just over-excited. When he did stop barking he seemed perfectly friendly!
