Great shot, it would be all 5 if it had been a bit sharper.

I love this set-up.
May be a little soft, but it really grabs me.
Perfectly framed.

Hee hee, excellent use of the wide angle to emphasise the features!

Yeah the sharpness is a little off, but for the lens (which was rubbish) it would have been a cracker. Having said that it is very popular, and has sold a few times.

Nice and simple, clean and effective use of perspective. Looks like b&w film. I like it.

That is a pretty funny shot. The wide angle makes him/her look really cute and almost cartoon like.
High marks.

Well it is too bad that this is not in better focus because this certainly says wide angle and the expression on the dogs face is just priceless but the focus...... :-(

CraigMartin said 271 days ago:

I am going to be a contrarian here, and ask why everyone is moaning about the focus and softness...I think the softness actually enhances the shot, as all attention is drawn to the eyes.

woof!

Excellent!! Just wish the end of the nose was in focus.

Yup, sorry about the sharpness, it was a quick turn around and he was there, with a really poor Vivitar 24mm.... not a great lens, in fact it was rubbish. But the shot is a fav on id7.co.uk
