Yes he did, since I was in the way of the murderer he chose to chop me up! =)

Hey, ChriZ. Sorry I didn't spot this earlier...well, actually I did, but forgot to come back to rate it and comment.

What's the story, man? Tell us! Did you set this up?

Yea I did actually set this one up, it was one of my biggest set ups...
Since my friend PThree (also on Weeklyshot) bought himself a new flash we could now use two! And I got myself a MC-36 (remote cord with timer and all fancy stuff).
We hiked up to the old ruins of a castle once called "Homburg"
So initially I wanted to do some long exposures of the stars with the ruins in the foreground, well it was cloudy, and long exposures are more difficult than I expected (always waiting ages for the result).
So we started to set up some kind of scene with the two flashes.
The neat thing about this one is that he is chasing himself. 13 second exposure and the remote flash triggered at the end of the exposure.
The whole image is cropped from a portrait to this I had the castle and the moon in there too, but it was too distracting...

Thanks for the compliments mate, maybe you have some hints, tricks, ideas...

ChriZ...if you had a specific question, I might know the answer. I have a lot of experience with what you went through to capture this super image.

Otherwise, it's the same as the answer to the question, "How do I get to Carnegie Hall?" Practice.

The thumbnail doesn't do this one justice. That's a really well lit, well executed shot. Is this a movie scene?

I guess that's why it remained uncommented for about two days! allthough it got it's ratings,... well... glad you like it!
The rating has increased with the last 5 additional ratings from about 3.2 to 3.49
