Since I can't read the German(?) on the gate, I do find myself wondering what the story is here. Like the vignette and the B&W tones, too.

I'm self critical because the words on the gate mean nothing to me and I regret not reading/speaking German(?). This certainly has dramatic content and strong composition. I don't find this photo to be particularly pleasing, but I think you've done good work here.
