The poor will always be with us. This is so colorless, I wonder if you considered posting it in b/w. Do you live here? or did you take this photo on your travels? I feel for the woman.

King, this was taken in Nha Trang, Viet Nam, and yes, it was taken while I was travelling there. As for the choice of desaturated over b/w, I actually thought that the muted tones said something about the colourless existence she may be living. But I can see how b/w might be more dramatic in another sense.

I really like this image. I think I have seen it before somewhere. Vazaar maybe? Anyway, nice composition and processing. I hope someone is going to help carry that load.
