An odd photo. The kids help this image and the relevance to the theme. If the kids were not there, I'd want to see more depth of tone in the lighthouse/warning beacon. Did you look at this in black-and-white?

Wonderful composition, with an amazing array of uncommon colors. I like the way the reflection divides the frame. All else is very good, but I'm not that curious about the story here.

When I opened this page, the children weren't visible...I had to scroll down, so that probably added to the impression. On my monitor, the colors clash dull red, orangey red, hot pink. The children have their backs turned to one another and they are divided by the stripes of the beacon. The word "odd" just came into my mind. When I use words like "Strange, odd, bizarre" that usually means I like something about the photo, so that's a good thing.
