I don't see a story to tell here. Those are some unusual windows for a concrete building though, so I guess maybe the story has to do with them?

The speckle at the crane is a bit disturbing,... and I would have liked to see the whole tower on the right!

I was trying hard to figure out how this related to the subject when after a lot of studying I finally found the person on the roof. It seems too small a detail for the shot.

This takes a bit of viewing time for the impact to assert itself (there appears to be a cemetery in the foreground). I'm certainly curious as to what is going on in this photo.

I guess silhouetting the person into the sky might have boosted the impact a bit (by moving the camera to the left), but at the same time I like this subtleness the image has to it.

Yeah - what is the story? The building looks asthough something dangerous is going on inside. However, I'm sure its not... Nice image!
