This is an interesting art piece. Acrobats from a by-gone era framed by a barren landspace seems incongruous yet I want to keep looking at it. I see what you want the image to refer to in terms of "weight" but the overall presentation has a strong enough voice to draw my attention to it rather than "weight." Also, "balance" and "strength" resonate to me much more. On its own it's a refreshingly different piece.

Hmmmm... interesting image, but maybe too much of a stretch. Very much like the complimentary textures between the two images.
