The subject is well executed, but I find the bright area to the left extremely distracting. A combination of cropping out what I assume is stained glass and burning the remaining bright background would go a long way to focusing attention on your subject. Clever interpretation of the theme.

I hesitated a lot about cropping out the stained glass, but in the end I felt it actually balanced out the image nicely and gave the figure a sense of direction; like he's moving toward the light.

I like the Christ with cross figure, but I feel as though the blurred object in the left half of the print distracts from, rather than adding to, the photo. IMHO the image would be improved if you cloned out the whole left object and left that space dark. Alternatively, you could crop out the left half of the photo altogether. (just an opinion) I like the B&W treatment and the angle composition of the Christ figure.
