I really like this shot, but apart from "buildings are heavy" not really sure how it meets the theme.

Heavy and imposing are the two things that come to mind when I see this building from this angle. The fact that you have it literally blocking out the sun is icing on the cake.

A very powerful image...I like the processing very much...it didn't scream weight to me but is relevant I feel.

Buildings are heavy? :-) The more I look, the 'weighty' feeling and mood of the image comes through. I like the tone... would a little more contrast in the building improve?
