Great photo. Love her expression and the face that has so much character. One thing that would greatly improve the photo: If you cropped the upper portion of the photo to landscape format the basket would not take away so much real estate and the focus of the viewer would be on the ladie's face. She makes the photo come alive. You would just suggest the weight of the basket on her head. The pattern of the basket is too boring and nobody really cares what's in there anyway. The plastic bag even ruins the atmosphere a little.

I love the idea of this shot, but I wish the face were sharper (particularly the eyes).

You have captured a great expression in this woman. I would like to have seen more definition in the eyes. It looks like you focused just in front of the face, not on the face itself. Otherwise, well done. Good lighting - shows off the texture of the wrinkles and the basket.
