Okay...the baby is fat...but why did you put the guy in the photo? Total zoom on the face of the baby would be so much scarier and impactful. Be bold when you crop people :)

It's great as-is, and would be even better IMHO if you cropped it down to remove the background wall and steps on the far left and far right. The man + gray floor + white wall + GIANT baby head is a VERY high-imapct image!
