It's out of focus by an infinitesimally small amount, and there's some flare in the top left corner... but I think it would look really nice in black and white. Great job with the tight crop. Nice capture overall!

Whoa! That's one heavy load of snow. I really love the perspective in this - the man looks so small compared to the snow covered roofs. What an impossible job he has ahead of him.
