I like the idea of this image. I think if you knocked the contrast up just slightly, it might give the image more mood and character.

Looks like that's been stuck there for a while. I'd suggest a slight tilt up to include more machine and a little less ground. The focus seems just a touch soft and I wish the wheel was actually more weathered. I think this is a great find though. It's certainly not the photographer's fault that the machine is holding up so well.
