I think this one is better than the other landscape shot with the buttes and the sky since it is less of a broad landscape shot and focuses more on the details in the formations of the rock. Although I'm not sure having the sky and sun in it helps for this particular theme.

Gorgeous shot to be sure.

Thanks for the comments, these rocks are called limestone pavements and are created by chemical weathering caused by rainwater dissolving the rock over many years.
