Again, as I've said to other posts, the water feels like a secondary subject here... this is a photo of swans having a good time (or fighting?), not really a photo of water. It's nice you caught the splashes like you did though. Average relevancy from me.

I like the movement of water and interaction between the swans. It feels a little flat to me though - more than likely just because it was taken on an overcast day. Also the framing doesn't seem quite right. Nice shot though.
