Well, there is certainly water but for me personally this shot doesn't have the 'wow' factor.

There's a lot of good elements here, but I think if you would have chosen to photograph this image differently you might have been able to capture something more dramatic. Possibly just a tighter crop - losing the bottom stone triangle and a little on the right, so the focus becomes thewhite space against the water line, with the No Diving sign for context and scale. It might also give more value to the light reflections on the water.
