Interesting place. I wonder if you could have gotten an even better shot by getting down lower, and shooting up. You could have silhouetted the water against the blue sky betweenthe buildings.

This could be a great subject, especially as you've caught it in bright sunlight but I think you might have made more of the composition, perhaps getting in closer. I'm intrigued by the dog entering the frame. I want to know what he did next.
