It's a classic shot, but it's more about the rose than it is about the droplets on the petals. Good DOF, color, and not over-sharpened.

I think the composition is my real quibble with this photograph. It's rather centered, and while the photograph is technically nice, I'm not drawn to it, especially for "water" as the theme.
