This is a very pretty picture. I believe the composition would benefit from cropping it to accentuate the water more than the sky. Also, like I often find myself doing with horizon shots, I tilt the image a bit clockwise which renders the image with a slight tilt. I often check the straight line horizon with a tool to ensure that it is straight.

Great image. I rated high on quality and technique, but for me not too relevant to the theme.
