While this is technically balanced, it feels off to me. I feel like I should be seeing much, much more at the top.

Well, this is certainly water!

But it doesn't quite have a huge impact for me. Yes, it's a lot of water, but I am not seeing a whole lot of texture in it, and the top of the frame is so dark for me that I can't see what it is. Maybe more rocks? I think that a little more detail in the shadows would help here. Also more contrast on the water might make this more interesting.

Also, what is that at the bottom? It looks like strange reflections. Maybe you are taking this from behind glass? I think it would be worth cloning those out if you can.
