This doesn't say 'decay' to me so much as vandalism and waste--which I don't think is quite the same thing.

I like this image. Great colour and tone. I think some people on here have been a bit to narrow in their critique of relevance to the theme, that being said, this works well for me.

Absolutely stunning! What I especially like is how this is both urban decay but also amazingly Canadian. I have spent much time in Canada and find it amazing how neat and tidy and clean even the "roughest" neighborhoods are compared to the US. They even apparently (at least viat this photo) will dispose of trash in a "neater" manner than others.
