A very powerful image, but does it really depict "urban decay"?

Although I'm not very sure if this fits the theme well the photo is amazing. Makes a great visual impact.

without the title of 'urban decay' this picture really has nothing that says 'urban decay.' I see a dark, haunted looking sky and a bit of an older looking building, but it doesn't say decay to me at all. Cool looking shot, though!

The lighting/processing works makes this a powerful image, however the content of the photograph doesnt seem to match the mood you have places upon it
