Decay is there. I like the brickwork and the design and texture of the stonework in the walkway, so decided to comment on this. I'd love to see what this would look like if carefully restored because I find it very appealing. The garden hose (?) seems a bit congruous, even funny, in this scene. Overall, on my monitor, this image looks too yellow, but the tint probably enhances the image, overall.
