The face in the window is haunting. I find the white of the wall is a bit distracting and takes away from the impact of this otherwise great photo

that face is great! but what really grabs my attention is the warped window on the floor above

Only for the sake of photography of course. ;-)

I think this is a near miss. I like the image, especially because of the girl in the window, but I wish she were a more central part of the image. IMHO, the eye is drawn away from her and toward the threatening sky. If possible, through cropping or otherwise, I'd try to make the models face the brightest spot in the image.

Otherwise, this to me is a good idea and a striking image.
