This needs a few more years of neglect - it'd be interesting to see a before and after.

Nice photo. Goes with the theme but the problem I have with it is the exposure. For me the building is far too over exposed which takes away its impact. Composition is fine, but I take it it's in a desert-ie type place (?) so perhaps if you'd framed it from further back to emphasis it’s loneliness it would have contributed to your attempt to highlight it’s decay. Things that are forgotten tend to decay : )
