I get the boarded up building, but it looks to be in pretty good shape.

This is a photo of urban decay. Whatever is boarded up, is not thriving and therefore decaying. The pavement has been dug up and patched up several times, the street is empty of people. The building may look okay now, but is starting to fray on the fringes. To me this is fast on its way down.
