It's not scaffolding. It is a steel/iron framework with taps of some sort on it. Is it obvious and I'm just not seeing it? It make you look and think, but please tell me :-)

I've never been to Montreal. All I know about it is from Kathy Reichs books - it always snows and people die in horrible ways. I'll go and have a look on the web now.

This one seems slightly flat on my monitor, with the web this is hard to tell due to sucha broad range of toning techinques and gear usage out there, but I lowered the mage quality a tad because of this.
