This is a great image. It tells a story and that sets it apart from most of the offerings here. Exposure and composition are right on. Way to capture a moment, really well done.

Your low angle emphasizes the debris of the foreground which speaks to the decay. I really like the inclusion of the human element with the children simply trying to be children in spite of the decay all around them
