I like the light. However, this looks primarily muddy, not necessarily decayed.

Excellent lighting. You just wonder if more decay is behind the door ;-)

This is an interesting shot, however, the lines converging together in the lower part of the picture bother me. It might be the lens distorsion or the perspective, but I think it would have had more impact with a better symmetry. Also, there seems to be a focus problem and the lower knob is a bit blown out.
