I'm always looking for something to put in front of cool clouds. This picture shows that you don't always have to make that something be "picturesque."

zorilla: point taken - I do need to get out more!
Ana: Too happy? Perhaps. I was interested in the contrasts between the happy blue sky and fluffy clouds and the damaged chain link fence was to symbolize the less pleasant decay. As zorilla pointed out the fence is on the extrememly light side of urban decay and that fact likely undermines the point of my image.

I was really drawn into this shot by the thumbnail. I think is is a wonderfully artful composition. Relevance would have been higher for me if the scene beyond the fence evoked a greated sense of "urban-ness."
