Nice!! I assume that is (or was) a pigeon (urban wildlife), and it is decaying away on a flat concrete slab....definitely an urban setting.

Good interpretation of the theme.

well..... it shows decaying life, but it doesn't shout 'urban' to me.

Yuck - decay indeed! While it's relevant the composition doesn't give it much impact. I think it would have been better shot down low from the side. This might have given a better light cast also. Focus seems to be on the cement more so than the bird.
