shows decay of something man made, but it doesn't really have a big sense of an urban area to me.

Great image. Love the colors and textures. A little lacking in relevance since it could be anything, anywhere.

Great shot... I enjoy being able to see some real detail like this. Definitely something you'd find in a run down industrial-type setting.

Rust makes such wonderful colors. :)

....or on the side of a ship at sea, or on a an old silo on a farm, or any number of other possible locations. But I love the textures and colors and think this is a wonderful picture that I would have been proud to have taken.

I like the composition with the three areas of interest. The plain are above with the two dots, the middle band and the dripping area below. The two dots above nicely balanced with the one dot below.

On a totally unrelated note... If I sit back in my chair and squint my eyes a bit, this looks like a night shot of a city skyline on the water. (The drips of paint/rust on the lower part of the image look like light reflecting in water... and the bolts across the middle look like a kind of dock.)

Either that or I really need some new glasses. :)
