I had to come back to this one. I like this image, but there is something that bothers me--it looks like you've burned in some areas of cloud...making a brownish s-curve across the middle of the image and elsewhere, that seem artificial. Otherwise, a very pleasing composition. Make me want to sit on the dock with a nice beverage and watch the sun set.

Dennis,
I was hoping it was a natural effect. Did you consider processing this a bit differently? You have good composition, an interesting and pleasing string of lights, and a very beautiful sky, but, on my monitor, it's a bit lackluster in contrast and saturation. Perhaps that's the only thing keeping folks from commenting.
