Definately unusual perspective. What is this thing?

Thi sis an interesting shot,but there is a lot of color channel noise throughout the image, that decreases the overall impact. Also, with the bright red and blue sky of the image, I'd like to see the colors a little more saturated.

Impact is high for me since I keep wanting to figure out if this is something huge, or made to look huge because of the perspective. Nice.
