It looks almost like a womb shot. Mental perspective and I really like it.

Although I've taken/seen this kind of perspective before, it isn't the usual perspective, so high marks on that count. To my eye the contrast feels a bit too low, and I do find myself wanting to see more of the child's face.

I like this image but think it would have been much, much stronger from an emotional impact POV if it had been b&w and contrasty.

A nice study. I think I would have preferred the point of focus to be on the edges of the face (tip of the nose, cheeks) to give more definition to the face. However an unusual and striking point of view. Well done.
