I live about 1/4 mile from the Gulf of
Mexico,always have.
I love the sea.I also have an affinity for stone.
Wonderful texture,light,and moisture there.
You must have put yourself in a precarious position there!
Quite lucky to capture those little drops of splash in the bottom right.
The hair,expression and placement of the young lady are great as well.

love the sun on that wall. nice.

An interesting image, but I am not sure that the "unusual perspective" in this case HELPED in what the picture had the potential to say. For me, the primary focus seemed to be the wall, but it was also cropped in a way that disappointed me (much of the interesting detail was abruptly cut off). The person at the end of the wall was lighted in a way that diminished her impact, and the watery area on the side is present but not fully present enough to give me a real impression.

Please do not get me wrong, I enjoyed looking at the image... but I think this area has TREMENDOUSLY more potential than this photograph captured.

Such a shame there's no point in rating this one - never gonna get 5 more, i guess - because it's a very good one.

I gave it 25 in case it finally gets enough votes, though...
