It doesn't fit the theme to me, I'm sorry. Instead of ugly, it makes me thirsty. Nice, rad shot tho, of a style I haven't really seen before!

I like this image, but I don't see anything that I could call "undeniably ugly" here. My one critique would be that if you had placed the camera a little bit lower, you could have blocked out the blown-out specular highlight that is right on the edge of the lemon/lime and is a little distracting.

I don't necessarily see how this is relevant to the theme. It is however, a unique and interesting image. I like it.

Hmmm. This one goes over my head. I don't get the ugly/beautiful part. And that blob of light above the lemon slice is distracting me. Interesting take. I'd like to read your perspective on it.

since the cocktail is emty..there's not much beauty in it --> ugly..but with the lime and the mood to it i find it kinda pretty...well it was a quick take as i was testing something on my cam. and since i didn't have any other pic for the theme...i thought this sorta suited.. ;)
