This one doesn't quite do it for me. The composition seems too busy for my tastes. The colours are nice and vibrant, though it looks like it might benefit from a mild underexposure.

I like the idea of garbage scattered on a beautiful pebble beach, though there doesn't seem to be enough refuse to really give that ugly feeling. Maybe you're going for the fish as the "ugly" part? If so, to me it's too small in the frame to be the main subject.
