I don't get it. It's not ugly, it's not beautiful, and it's definitely not a beautiful photograph of something that is "undeniably ugly".

Even aside from the theme I don't get it...what's the connection between the model and the hand-written "fortune"?

Its just confusing......

Perhaps one needs to be much more clever than I am to appreciate this? ;)
