Sorry, I disagree with you ;) Those old warehouse/industrial buildings have a really unique and desireable architectural character IMHO. A building like that could be turend into some seriously high-price-tag lofts depending upon where it is located ;)

Composition wise ist's pretty good, although I;d prefer to see a little more space above the corner of this structure (at the top of the frame). The detail and "crispness" in this shot are very good too.
